October 31, 2011 for most awards
December 1, 2011 for Isabel Richard Student Paper Award

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of the appropriate nomination package

  • Submission of the specific supporting documents and requirements as outlined for each award. This generally includes one other piece (no longer than one page) of relevant documentation (e.g. letter of support, certificate of achievement, newsletter article etc.) that clearly highlights or demonstrates the nominees achievements, as well as the nominee’s CV (three page max.).

    Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the description brochure and the nomination package below and are aware of ALL requirements, conditions and limitations for eligibility and nomination/application.

  • All applications must be submitted typed.

  • Awards requiring membership must be maintained in good standing.

    Note: The Editor’s, National Clinical Certification Exam and Student Excellence Awards are selected outside the regular nomination process.


    Please take time and care in preparing your nomination. Candidates are comparatively judged based on the strength, quality and comprehensiveness of your submission. A good candidate with a sub-par nomination package may go unrecognized.
