Are you feeling burnt out, overworked, unappreciated? Is your
workplace an unhealthy environment? If this is the case, you
are not alone. To support and improve the healthcare workforce
and their workplaces, and thereby improve client and
system outcomes, 12 national healthcare organizations partnered
to form the Quality Worklife Quality Healthcare Collaborative
(QWQHC).

The Collaborative has developed a basic set of indicators
of a healthy workplace and a measurement framework for evaluation
of various factors that may be contributing to the health
