CASLPA Membership Renewal



Q. When can I expect to receive my annual dues invoice?

A. Renewal invoices are no longer mailed to members. Renewal packages are accessible online starting in October. Log on to www.caslpamembership.ca to print your renewal invoice or to renew electronically.

 



Q. May I renew by phone?

A. No. Renewals must be done by mail or on-line as there is an information form to complete before payment is accepted.

 



Q. May I renew on line?


A. Certainly - simply click here to renew your membership. Payment is secure.




Q. When is the deadline for dues?

A. To avoid a $25.00 late charge, dues must be received by January 1.





Q. How long does it take to process my payment?

A. The membership department is committed to processing all renewals within 2 weeks of being received.

 



Q. If my dues are in arrears from the previous year, what should I do?


A. If you have outstanding dues from previous years that you would like to pay, please contact the CASLPA membership department..

 



Q. My membership category has changed for the upcoming year. How do I complete the renewal form to advise CASLPA of this change?

A. Indicate at the top right corner of your renewal form the change in membership category and the applicable change in fee.

The online renewal form also allows you to make changes to your membership category.

 


Q.
What methods of payment can be used to pay my fees?

A. You can pay your fees by submitting your renewal with:

  • 1) Cheque or money order for the full amount
  • 2) Postdated cheques - submit 3 postdated cheques dated Jan. 15, Feb. 15, Mar 15 in equal amounts
  • 3) Preauthorized payment - Submit a void cheque with the completed preauthorized payment form
  • 4) VISA or MasterCard - Submit VISA or MasterCard number with your renewal

For online renewals, only VISA or Mastercard payments are accepted.



Q. When can I expect to receive a receipt?


A. Once your renewal has been processed a receipt will be available for you to print online.
