Full Conference Registration
Full conference registration includes: Plenary Speaker and Opening
Reception, three days of concurrent educational sessions, Awards
Banquet, President's Reception, Annual General Meeting and Lunch,
Trade Show, product demonstrations, and poster presentations.
Daily Conference Registration
Daily conference registration includes access to all educational
sessions for the day only. Social events are NOT included.
Please Note: By registering for this
conference, the delegate authorizes the conference managers
to use the delegate's personal information for CASLPA conference
purposes only. Your personal information will not be distributed
to any parties not associated with this conference.
Group Discount 10%
Save 10% on your conference registration fee when groups of
five or more people from the same institution register at the
same time. To qualify for the discount, all registrations must
be submitted at the same time, together with your payment.
Handouts
Handouts for conference sessions will be available on the CASLPA
website, www.caslpa.ca, prior to the conference. Handouts will
not be available at the conference. Delegates should download
session handouts and bring them to the conference.
Please note that not all speakers choose to
have their handouts published on the website and therefore there
may not be a handout for every session you choose to attend.
The conference committee has requested that speakers, at a minimum,
provide an outline for delegates attending their sessions, however,
that is the choice of the speaker and we cannot guarantee that
all speakers will provide handouts or outlines.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be received in writing at the CASLPA
national office by April 9, 2012. An administration fee of $75.00
will apply to all refunds. All approved refunds will be issued
after the conference.

Your registration constitutes acceptance of your personal information
being used by the conference organizers for CASLPA conference
purposes only. Your personal information will not be distributed
to any parties not associated with this conference.
Your registration constitutes acknowledgment
of willingness to appear in photographs, motion pictures and
videos taken during the CASLPA conference and releases the conference
organizers from liability resulting for use of such photographs,
motion pictures and/or videos.

Notes:
1. ASHA members will receive
the CASLPA member rate.
2. Student members include
students enrolled in full-time audiology, speech-language
pathology, supportive personnel or related programs. Students
must provide proof of enrollment in a full-time program.
3. Payment must accompany
registration and be received on or before April 9, 2012 to
receive the EARLY registration rate.
4. New members from all
provinces and territories who join CASLPA when they register
for the conference will qualify for the member conference
rate and will also receive a 25% discount on their CASLPA
membership fee.
5. Registration fee includes
student membership in CASLPA for those meeting membership
requirements.
6. Clients being treated
by an S-LP or audiologist (and/or their family members) may
be interested in attending a session. Admission to a single
session only. A letter of recommendation from the CASLPA member
S-LP or audiologist is required and must accompany registration.
9. Members of other professional
associations who are members of their respective provincial
or national association will receive the CASLPA member rate,
i.e. teachers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists,
etc.
